Did you seek a court order to claiming that your son is in school part-time? Reporting to the FRO will do nothing. Won't you be done soon? My separation agreement terminated when my child(ren) turn 22 years of age.

I don t understand how one of the requirements to recieve adult child support in Ontario is too attend full time school and yet my 21 year old son has a full time job and drives a newer car then I do and only attends school part time since the age of 18,My problem is why the mother has no obligation too prove our 21 year old son is attending full time school. Why is my ex collecting full child support,The fro has been notified of the fraud and yet does nothing and continues collecting full support.
