Sole Practitioner? Looking for affordable downtown Toronto office space?

History of DL Add comments

If you are looking for affordable downtown office space with a couple of sole practitioners (one of whom is me), then look no further.  I am sharing office space at the corner of Bay and Dundas in downtown Toronto. I have an unfurnished office within our suite that would be IDEAL for a sole practitioner to step into. The location is great (walking distance from the courts and the subway, lots of paid parking, etc.). The building is dated, but the suite is new. Best of all, the price is VERY affordable: only $850 / month plus GST for the office.    Structurally, the office has new hardwood floors, a fresh paint job, wireless internet, an alarm system, a kitchen, and great lighting (large windows facing south with an unobstructed view).  At an extra cost, there is an available receptionist area and filing room.  I can send you the exact dimensions if you email me to set up a meeting.
