Does a large twitter following mean you’re smart?

I came across some interesting research online – a survey undertaken by MarketingProfs that asks, in part, does have a large twitter following make you smart? – and I wanted to share it. A few hundred users were surveyed in April about why they follow people on Twitter. Some of the conclusions are quite interesting. Definitely check it out.
